1. Who we are
ExpertG ("ExpertG", "we", "us") operates the ExpertG workforce and supply platform. ExpertG is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice — we decide how and why your data is processed.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, login credentials, chosen role and categories.
- KYC and business data: Aadhaar/PAN and compliance documents, photos, bank/UPI payment details you provide for payouts.
- Usage data: bookings, orders, attendance records, support messages, device identifiers, IP address and telemetry.
3. Why we use it and legal basis
- Providing the service (account creation, bookings, invoicing, KYC review) — performance of a contract.
- Security, fraud prevention and product improvement — our legitimate interests.
- Customer support and marketing communications — legitimate interests or consent where required.
- Tax, accounting and regulatory compliance — legal obligation.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers/subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics and support tooling providers.
- Merchant of Record: Paddle, which acts as reseller of our products and processes payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We respond to requests within one month. Contact us via the Contact page to exercise any right.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on stored data. KYC documents are stored in restricted folders accessible only to you and authorised reviewers.
