1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions are between you and ExpertG ("ExpertG", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the ExpertG platform — India's Workforce & Supply Network, providing manpower supply, materials aggregation, and third-party payroll services. By accessing or using ExpertG you are contracting with ExpertG and agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you use ExpertG on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; if you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

3. The service

ExpertG is a marketplace connecting customers with contractors, labour suppliers, material suppliers and workers, with tools for bookings, attendance, invoicing, KYC verification and subscriptions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

4. Account responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated, complete KYC where applicable, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property rights; interfering with the security or operation of the platform (malware, probing, scraping); reverse engineering; reselling or redistributing the service; or circumventing technical limits.

6. Intellectual property

ExpertG retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant ExpertG a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans (e.g. ₹2,999 / ₹9,999 / ₹16,999) and bookings are billed through our payment partner. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. ExpertG verifies identity through KYC but does not warrant the quality of work performed by vendors on the platform.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your access ends; you may request an export of your data before deletion.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpertG is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. General

Disputes are governed by the laws of India under Mumbai jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
